Our passion is building Godly men
F.O.R.C.E. is a concept developed by two regular guys trying to live and lead according to God’s Word in today’s culture. Frustrated by the current state of masculinity and seeing men fall short of who God created them to be, we decided to take action.
Over several years— and plenty of cold brew coffees— we started to develop a framework for building better men. Thus, F.O.R.C.E. Ministries was born. It is the culmination of all the resources and curriculum we’ve learned and taught from over the last several years.
Whether connecting with guys one-on-one, sitting in a circle leading a small group or standing in front of a full auditorium, each of us has embraced the privilege of being used to further His Kingdom work. Our desire is to see every man embrace who God created him to be. We have been blessed to help men on that journey in our church, our local communities and now beyond.

Born and raised in Central Massachusetts, Matt Orrico chased his wife of 13 years, Lauren, to Rhode Island, where they have been blessed with three young daughters.Driven by his own journey to faith and a desire to see lives transformed by Christ, Matt is passionate in evangelism and loves teaching others, particularly concerning apologetics, Biblical masculinity, and in tandem with Lauren, marriage and Christian living topics. Matt also leverages his professional background in accounting and finance to instruct on matters pertaining to leadership and finance, marrying practical and actionable insights into a Biblical worldview.
Having never met a hobby he didn’t enjoy, Matt loves filling spare moments with a wide range of activities, from fitness and sports to outdoor activities, gardening, and video games, but finds his most joyful moments in the noise and chaos of living everyday life vastly outnumbered in a house filled with girls.

Josh is a native Bostonian who now lives with his wife of 20 years, Erica, and their 3 amazing kids in Rhode Island… because when you marry someone from Rhode Island, you stay in Rhode Island. He and Erica teach marriage classes in their church as well as disciple and counsel couples and parents, not only in church but also their kids’ school community.Josh has been acting on his passion of building men since 2015. His two sons are his first disciples, but he also leads small group Bible studies, does one-on-one discipleship and coaches young men on the baseball field in addition to being a workshop speaker for the Iron Sharpens Iron conferences.
A senior graphic designer by trade, he’s always on a quest for perfectly straight lawn stripes. Josh spends an inordinate amount of time working on his yard, as well as enjoying long summer days on the beach with his family.
